At Legal RM we pride ourselves on the level of support we are able to offer clients.
Providing time critical support and assistance for the LegalKEY suite of products is key to our objectives. This, coupled with regular contact, site visits and status calls will ensure that the applications continue to fulfil their business critical role, and issues can be pre-emptively dealt with wherever possible. We will additionally provide a full support service until the application is functioning to specification, and act as a link between the client and the LegalKEY technical/development team in the US, should this prove necessary.
Support enquiries can be raised either by calling our support line or via email.
Depending on the level of service required, we provide telephone, email and on-site support. No matter what the issue and guarantee a maximum 4 hour response with current response times averaging less than 2 hours!
We are able to provide levels of service to suit the client, and are happy to discuss specific requirements, and amend the terms of our support agreement to reflect this.
Whatever the level of support you require, once a support issue is raised, it will not be deemed "closed" until the client is fully satisfied with the outcome.
Enhanced levels of support such as 24/7, health checks, database clean ups, etc can also be catered for.
